CJ Blankenship performs tax and client services, and is the Director of Operations at the firm. He is a National Merit Scholar and received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in Accounting from Belmont University. He has over ten years of management experience in a variety of industries and service sectors and had worked at Crowe Chizek (currently Crowe Horwath, LLP) and RSM McGladrey, Inc. prior to joining the firm in 2007. CJ was admitted as a partner in the firm in February of 2009 and has served as the managing partner since. He also has performed a variety of consulting services for various clients including serving in an outsourced CFO capacity for an international manufacturing and distribution company with operations and customers around the globe. CJ spends much of his work on tax compliance, not-for-profit consulting and compliance matters, planning (particularly with tax favored investment strategy), consulting, M&A work and accounting systems and matters for businesses, not-for-profits and individuals, and manages the day to day processes and strategic direction of the firm.
CJ has a heart for Christian ministries and is the President of Christian Recovery Houses, Inc., and consults with several not for profit boards. He used to be a hack at the guitar and bass, Christian song-writing and playing golf, camping, hunting, fishing, writing and exercising. Now, he is blessed to have married up to his lovely wife Amanda, and has two sons and a little girl, and spends most of his time working on being a dad and trying to get the family out the door on Sunday mornings to arrive late at Fellowship Bible Church.

Dale Curtis is joined BCPAG in October 2005 and is the Director of Audit. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He has been in public accounting his entire career providing audit and consulting services privately held companies, primarily working with small businesses and local financial institutions. Dale is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dale has developed a passion for fishing and kayaking, and the biggest struggle for the firm over the last several years has been keeping him in the office on Fridays once busy season ends.

Chris Griffin joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in January 1999. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and spent six years with the IRS. He is a CPA and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) with the AICPA. Chris currently serves as Tax Director for the firm, but also provides business valuation, tax, audit, accounting and consulting services to individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations, with special emphasis in corporate and partnership taxation.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, and their four children. They like to travel, go camping, attend sporting events, visit amusement parks, and most all types of outdoor recreation. He was born in Tennessee and has lived here for most all his life with a small portion of his childhood spent in St. Louis, Missouri. He currently resides in Franklin, TN and is a member of Fellowship Bible Church where he serves as a buddy for children with special needs.

Jeannie Malloy is the firm’s Administrator and Office Manager. She has been providing accounting and administrative services, while working in various service industries, since 1977, including bookkeeping for numerous clients of the firm. Her work has a strong emphasis in the planning and administration of all office procedures, scheduling, personnel, employee benefits, and technology issues. She also handles all of the firm’s administrative responsibilities, as well as dealing directly with clients in regard to their service needs, expectations and fees.

Marsha Wall joined the firm in October 1992 and is now the Director of Accounting Services. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Business Education degree. She has extensive experience offering tax and accounting services to individual and small business clients including tax preparation, review and consulting as well as financial statement preparation and analysis.
Marsha is a native of Western Kentucky but has lived in Nashville since 1987 after spending almost 9 years in Chicago. She is married and has 2 grown children as well as 4 grandchildren. Her hobbies include home decorating, reading and spending time at the pool in the summer entertaining the family.

Mike Walters is the Managing Director of the Dickson office. Mike grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, the 2nd of 10 siblings, and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1973. He worked as an internal auditor for Genesco for 3 years, served as the Director of Internal Audit for Nashville Electric Service for 3 years and then started practicing public accounting in Dickson in 1979. Mike has served many local business and commerce organizations in a variety of capacities, including but not limited to Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce. Mike works with many not-for-profits and businesses in and around Dickson, and has audited numerous Cities over the years as well.
Mike has 3 children, Bobby (32), Lisa (29), and Claire (24). He married his lovely wife Judy in 2010. Mike loves fishing & enjoys golf whenever he can find some spare time.
